Spicy Guacamole and Bonafit Sweet Potato Chips for Dipping

For 4 people


  • 2 large avocados
  • 3 small shallots
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • Juice of 1 small lime
  • Coriander to taste
  • Pinch of salt

Step by Step:

Chop the tomatoes into tiny cubes together with the shallots.

We chop the coriander.

Squeeze the lime, peel the avocados, and mash them with a fork until they obtain a paste to add the previous ingredients and the chili or tabasco paste.

We taste; we readjust the flavor to taste.
