Carrot Gazpacho with Bonafit sweet potato chips
For 4 people
- 4 pear tomatoes
- 8 carrot smoothie juice
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 garlic
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mineral water
Accompaniment: Bonafit sweet potato chips
Step by Step:
We beat all the ingredients, adding water until we get the desired consistency. We rectify salt if necessary.
Let it rest for a couple of hours in the fridge to serve it very cool.
Decorate with Bonafit sweet potato chips.
