Sweet potato chips with lentil pate with black tahini

For 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 300g canned lentils, well rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon of EVOO
  • 1 garlic cored
  • A few basil leaves to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons black tahini (can also be substituted for regular tahini)
  • Sweet potato chips

Step by Step:
