Sweet potato chips with lentil pate with black tahini

Ingredients:
300g canned lentils, well rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon of EVOO
1 garlic cored
A few basil leaves to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons black tahini (can also be substituted for regular tahini)
