Corn Cobs and Bonafit Sweet Potato Chips

  • 2 ears of corn
  • Flaked salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Boniafit potatoes

Step by Step:

Preheat the griddle and season with pepper and flaked salt. We can also add a few drops of olive oil.

We seal the cooked ears on all sides for about 10-15 minutes. We complement the appetizer with Chips de Boniafit.
